2022-2023 Rental Rates
The 2022-2023 rates are as follows:

Thanksgiving 11/24 - 12/17 $500.00/night (4 night minimum)

Christmas 12/18 -1/1 $1100.00/night (7 night minimum)

Ski Season 1/2 -2/16 $700.00/night (5 night minimum)

President's Week 2/17 - 2/20 $750.00/night (5 night minimum)

Ski Season 2/21 - 3/31 $700.00/night (5 night minimum)

Ski Season 4/1 - 4/23 $600.00/night (5 night minimum)

Summer and Fall $475.00/night (3 night minimum)

Rates above do not include 11% lodging and resort sales tax required by law. Stays of more than 30 days are exempt from tax. We accept checks, Venmo, PayPal, and money orders.

There is a standard $400 cleaning fee per stay.

We require a completed application and a 50% deposit to confirm a reservation. The balance and refundable $500.00 security deposit are due in full 45 days before arrival. Cancellations within 7 days of making a reservation are refundable. Otherwise, there are no refunds for cancellation.
